Jodi - We LOVE them! We love YOU! I'm blown away. I can't tell you how happy we are with the pictures. You are absolutely amazing! I would have written back yesterday, but I have been too busy drooling over the pictures (and I wanted to sit down and write a proper thank you). Everyone we have shared them with is also super impressed. My sister actually called to tell me that I should have put a "do not view in public" warning because she was so touched by the pictures, she ended up leaving the school library in tears!
 
I can't thank you enough for what you have done for us. You were such a pleasure to work with, laughing with us, sympathizing with us, helping us with nothing but professionalism, kindness and poise from the very start of this process. Jodi the pictures are AWESOME, we love then, I cant wait to get some blown up. I just have to try to decide what one I want as my big one. lol They are all so great. It was funny yesterday mom and I were looking at them and we were like "Oh that one is so nice", the we go to the next picture and was like "OH no that one is nice", I think we said that about all of them. With just recently getting married I understand all the planning that goes into making the day perfect. Having a photographer to capture all of the special moments and memories is one of the most important things, and it is important that you get someone who you are comfortable with and trust.

Understanding the importance of your decision I am more than confident in suggesting that you use Jodi and go with Daydream photography.

It is really special when you not only get a fantastic photographer but also make a really great friend and get to live out your dream day with someone who is not only so passionate about her job but is willing to go the extra mile to make sure you are happy. This is what Jodi was to us!!! 

With choosing Daydream photography me and my husband had no doubts with the quality of photo’s we were going to receive and the service that would be provided. We knew this because everyone in our family had used Jodi as their photographer (not because of tradition but because we all wanted the same experience).  

Here are a few key things you will be considering: 

Shots- I cannot say enough about my pictures!!! The engagement photo’s and the wedding photo’s were more that I could have hoped for. Jodi took a variety of shots that I really loved. Because she is so personable she really got to know me and my husband and was able to suggest a number of shot’s that really suited us and gave our book character. Jodi’s work exemplifies her experience!!! Feel free to check out her website as some of Kasey and my shots, slide shows and book is online. Jodi’s photo’s were so fantastic that my decorator actually asked permission to use them in their company advertising and they were featured in a promotional magazine as well!!!  

The best part is you have rights to your discs of photo’s that way you can print off as many as you like without having to go through the photographer. This is not always the case!! 

Accommodating- Jodi was always on top of things. She answered every question that I had in a timely fashion and was very flexible with meeting times. Jodi was more than just our photographer. She was very helpful with all stages of my wedding planning. She made numerous suggestions in helping me plan the whole day (e.g. start times for ceremony and dinner etc..) all things that you are never quite sure about and do not really know who to ask.

Jodi even inquired about where we wanted to go on our honeymoon and went the extra mile to make suggestions and print off information and provide us with brochures of excursions etc. from her various trips. 

The thing I remember the most was at our rehearsal dinner. It was a lot to take in at once with numerous decisions, and a lot of people to instruct. Very overwhelming!!! Jodi, stepped right in for me and helped guide everyone through it and made sure everything was set up to perfection!!! 

I come from a split family and was very concerned about how the day was going to go and had anxiety about getting everyone together for photo’s. Jodi was very accommodating and understanding. She set up a guideline for the day outlining all the photo groups so that everyone knew in advance and made the whole thing run smoothly.

I know Jodi will be able to accommodate any concerns that you may encounter as well. 

Price- In terms of price it is well worth every cent. Jodi’s prices are comparable to the present market however what you get is so much more.  

After the Wedding- We have all heard horror stories about not getting your photo’s after the wedding or having trouble tracking down the photographer or not getting what you paid for  (this is reality, one of my friends who got married last summer is speaking with lawyers presently as this was her reality).

However this is not the case with Jodi. Everything you select will be presented to you in a timely fashion. Jodi takes the time to make sure that you are completely satisfied and if you are not happy with the way your book etc. is put together she takes the time to switch the photo’s to what you think fits!! 

I still email Jodi on a regular basis and keep in touch, as I am sure you will after the wedding as well as you really build a friendship when working with her.

Jodi has sent me your request for reference as she was our photographer for our wedding June 2006.
 
First of all, I met Jodi when I was a bridesmaid in a friends wedding; she was there photographer. She was very professional to the wedding party, and I knew then this was how I wanted a photographer to treat my wedding party when I was to get married. When I got engaged, Jodi was one of my first contacts to get her booked. We met to go over the contract and questions that we had.
 
Jodi can work in any condition: rain or shine. It rained (poured) the day of our wedding, but she remained clam and professional, not letting this dampen her spirits or mine (as the bride). I distinctly remember at one point during photos I was feeling very overwhelmed - Jodi recognized this, and said lets take a break.
Because it rained, photos were taken on a covered front porch - but Jodi trenched through the rain, and you can't even see 1 rain drop in the photos she had taken.
 
Her positive attitude, enthusiasm, personality, and creativity showed in the photos she captured of our special day. She goes above and beyond to provide advice on wedding plans and scheduling, and is well organized.
 
I would not hesitate in recommending Jodi to help capture one of your most memorable days - she is a great wedding photographer. My husband and I look forward to working with her again.

I just wanted to write and let you know how much of a wonderful job you did on the photo's. I was very impressed with all the work that you did. "you made my sister look like an "ANGEL"!

My sister had told me about a week ago that her wedding pictures where on the net and that I was in them. I immediately thought "OH NO" but when I was looking through them I actually looked good. And so did my whole family.

Just to reassure you, her pictures are excellent and her overall
professionalism is superb.  I was just married October 28th, 2006 and I had
6 brides at my wedding that she did the photography for.  The most
important thing is that you don't even notice her snapping shots of you
during your ceremony or your reception.  She is really that good.  When I
saw my HUGE album of pictures I couldn't believe how many pictures she
took.  I had no idea.  Your wedding day is so busy that you tend to forget
parts of it but once you see her pictures, it brings back every emotion and
memory of the day.  Her prices are spot on and getting your negatives is
worth it's weight in gold.  No other photographer really does that for the
price she charges and I've made over a 100 copies of pics for my wedding
party and friends.
Lastly, I made sure that she was available for my wedding date, not the
other way around.  I only booked the hall once she confirmed the date with
me.  That is really how important it was to me to have Jodi as my
photographer.  At the end of it all, you will have a huge album of pictures
that really capture the emotion of the day.    Trust me as a very new
bride, I look at my pictures almost every week still because I'm still
shocked how each picture is so beautiful.

Consider yourself a very lucky bride if you get Jodi Laundry to do your
pictures.  You will not be disappointed.

Let me tell you about Jodi. From the beginning of my planning to the time I picked up my wedding pictures, Jodi was wonderful. Not only was she professional and took amazing photos, she also offered really great advise which helped me relax knowing I was in good hands.
 
Having great photos is only one part of being a great photographer. I didn't realize this until after my wedding but a good photographer keeps track of the time, keeps people in good spirits, and is the one person you will be looking at the most (except maybe your new husband).
 
Jodi handles these extra responsibilities with ease and grace. She has a gentle way of dealing with people during a potentially stressful time. My name is Summer and I am a past client of Jodi's.  Jodi shot our wedding on March 18, 2006 as well as our family

the main reasons I chose Jodi for a photographer was for her ability to organize.  I was a bride that did not want to waste time and worry about
things on my big day.  I basically wanted to be told where to be and when so that I did not have to think about anything whatsoever to do
with organization.  Our day was perfect.  Jodi was concise, quick and everyone loved working with her.  We had no standing around waiting for
different shots.  She was organized and completed the job so that we could get on with our day.  Our pictures are beautiful and our parents
appreciated copies of their own- we got some beautiful shots that captured what our day was really about.  One of my bridesmaids actually
mentioned to me, after Jodi showed up at our house to begin the shoot a couple of hours before the wedding, that she didn't even feel like we
were in a wedding.  Everything was stress free and relaxed.  Jodi also appreciated and noticed when I had had enough for the day.  Jodi was
also excellent with my husband who was a little reluctant in front of the camera.  Jodi went over and above the duties of any other
photographer I have witnessed  (we attended14 weddings last year) and provided us with some fun shots throughout the evening.  Our experience

I am a past client, and current friend of Jodi Laundry.  I understand you are looking for some referrals.  Good idea - always good to hear other peoples experiences.
 
I was married Oct 4, 2003 and I was referred to Jodi through a friend of a friend.  And I have to tell you I couldn't have been more pleased with her as a person and as a professional photographer.  She was candid about what she offers and the prices (no beating around the bush and no surprises) and she was very supportive about the whole event.  As a bride I have to admit I was (and probably still am) anal about specific areas of the wedding.  We decided not to have a video made - and we went just with pictures.  Jodi captured every moment that we needed to relive the day.  From the love that we shared to the fun and silliness of the group together to the support and joy of our families.  Everyone and everything was so well captured.  I love the pictures that we have and I look at them often.  Our wedding was captured on film negatives - she had not gone digital at that point.  I have also had friends since, who have been captured on digital and the shots and just as memorizing.

Jodi took our daughter's wedding pictures in July/05 and did a fantastic job!!!!
 
She was very helpful with ideas and tips and did not push in any way. Jodi arrived and helped make us all feel at ease and got our special day off to a great start. We had met with her before and had decided on some special pictures and settings we wished. Our daughter and son in law had a church wedding-complete with horse and buggy and pictures in a wheat field on the HOTTEST day of the summer-Jodi was excellent in making the groomsmen feel better with their hot tuxes on in the sweltering heat-but she managed to make them laugh and had things done in record time and the whole wedding party really liked her as well.
 
I really liked the fact she let others take pictures as well as herself. I know she would likely have rather gotten them all done at once -but she willingly let many others take pics as well.
 
She was great with the young attendants right up to the aging grandparents-she always had a smile on her face and you could feel her genuine caring of our special day-we did not feel like just another wedding at all!!!
 
Her fees were very reasonable-we had done some checking  (she had been referred to us) and she met our every expectation!!!!
 
Our family was more than satisfied with her competence and work ethics and would highly recommend her to photograph your wedding.
